Smoke Collective is run by a husband and wife team who have served Cambridge locals in well reputed establishments over the last 12 years. We serve non pretentious food, just good honest barbecue, in a family friendly setting. We enjoy serving with a smile, greeting you by your name and we are rewarded by your expressions when we see you enjoying our food. Barbecue is a slow, loving process. From selecting cuts of meat, prepping them for the smokers to tending to them over 6 - 12 hours. Its true low n slow. Our menu is southern influenced with our own kiwi flare.
